LET'S KEEP IT SIMPLE
It is probably my Scandinavian roots, but I like to keep my teaching simple and light.
We can meet face-to-face or online to kickstart a meditation practice that suits you and your lifestyle. I focus on your needs because every student may need individual guidance.
First, we talk about why you would like to meditate and how you best do it practically. Then we meditate together, using one or two different techniques.
We then finish by talking about how you went and how you can incorporate a meditation practice into your daily life and commit to it. If that is what you want!
GROUP MEDITATION IN YOUR WORK PLACE
If you are a group interested in learning to meditate or to keep up your practice, please contact Marian to discuss your wishes and needs.
Group energy is great for meditating, but you are also welcome as an individual.
Meeting place can be your work space, Yeronga Memorial Park or online via Zoom for classes.
